These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by Alta Nails Lounge LLC ("the House," "we," "us"), 2451 Jamacha Rd, Ste 108, El Cajon, CA 92019, United States, and the general conditions of entry, service, and reservations at the lounge. By accessing this website or the premises, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes — describing the rooms, the menu, and how to reach the house. Menus shown are representative; availability changes with the board, the season, and the keg. No reservation is formed by visiting this site or submitting a request; a reservation is confirmed only when the House confirms it in writing or by phone.

2. Age and Entry

The lounge is open only to persons 21 years of age and older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the door — every guest, every time. The House reserves the right to refuse entry or service as required by law or to protect the safety of guests and staff, including refusal of service to visibly intoxicated persons.

2.1 Responsible Service

Alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with California law and our liquor license. The House may decline, limit, or discontinue service to any guest. Guests are responsible for arranging safe transportation; the House will assist in arranging rides upon request.

2.2 Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other patrons and staff. The House may remove guests whose conduct threatens the safety or comfort of the room.

3. Reservations and Private Events

Booth and room reservations are held for the agreed window; the House may release a reservation not claimed within a reasonable grace period. Private events and buyouts are arranged under separate booking terms — including deposit, cancellation, minimum spend, and guest-count conditions — which control over these Terms where they conflict.

4. Property and Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The House is not liable for items lost, damaged, or left on the premises. Property left behind is held for a limited period and then handled per California abandoned-property law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of Alta Nails Lounge LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. No other reproduction or distribution is permitted without written consent.

6. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to: (a) use the website for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading reservation requests; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; (d) interfere with the operation of the website; or (e) misrepresent your age or identity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Menu items, taps, hours, and room availability are subject to change without notice; descriptions on this site are informational and do not guarantee availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the House's aggregate liability arising from or related to this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars. Liability for services and events is governed by applicable booking terms. In no event shall the House be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alta Nails Lounge LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of this website, or your conduct on the premises.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of this website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights patrons hold under applicable law, including California liquor regulations.

12. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website following a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
